If you are returning multiple items from the same order, please return them together to take advantage of our Free Return policy on all items. If you choose to return items separately, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees.

After the seller receives and inspects the return, the refund process typically takes 10 business days. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Refund clears to your payment method: 1-3 days
    During holidays or peak seasons, the process may take longer. If it’s been more than two weeks, please contact us or request RockatShip’s Customer Service.

Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. Generally, the refund will be received within 3-20 business days, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.

Currently, RockatShip does not support direct exchanges. However, you are welcome to place a new order for the desired item either before or after you have received your refund. Please note that the return and new order are treated as independent processes.

If opening a dispute as a no-reason return, you are responsible for keeping the item in perfect condition and in its original packaging, which means not affecting the secondary sales of the product. For example, if you return an empty package back to the warehouse, we may issue a 0 refund; if you return 8 items back to the warehouse while ordering 10 in total, we may partially refund you.
