Item came early. Box was crumpled though. The sound of fan is quite loud (I was using level two). The air blows out to the jawbones and earlobes. The metal strip at back did not cool the neck as per description. So my neck was dripping with sweat except my neck below my ears. For ladies, it is better to tie up your hair as they could get suck into the fan. It is still worth buying.
